About Me

I am a wife, a boy Mom x3, a Christian, a twin Mom, a food allergy Mom, homeschool teacher, an audiobook lover, champagne calls my name, totally chip and dip addict, baseball trumps everything in our house, beginner surfer and a career volunteer.

Texas has my heart, but I have a west coast mentality and am currently living the Aloha lifestyle. I grew up in the DFW area of the great state of Texas. I genuinely love everything about Texas, the people, the food and the Dallas Cowboys! When I was 22 I met my husband and moved to Orange County, California. I remember my grandpa telling my Mom, she’ll never come back you know...and he was right. The ocean calls to me and the warm sunny weather year round makes it hard to want to be anywhere else. Then came 2020, we decided to go even further west and for now Maui is our home.

It has taken me years to find the courage to tell our story and share our daily life. But I truly believe it is my purpose on this earth to talk to other families about our food allergy journey. We all live life with food allergies very differently but we share the same common goal of striving to keep our kids healthy and safe. We put our blood, sweat and tears into creating a sense of normalcy and for them to feel included in daily activities.

My hope is for you to gain confidence in navigating all the things food allergies bring to daily life and adventures. We are in this together!
